WHAT IS INTERMITTENT HYPOXIC BREATHING (IHB)?

IHB (also known as Intermittent Hypoxic Training) consists of breathing very low oxygen air from a stationary position (seated) in a series of intervals interspersed with sea-level breathing. Typical protocols consist of breathing 5 minutes low-oxygen air, followed by 5 minutes of breathing sea-level air.

The strong altitude stimulus triggers a host of adaptations designed to uptake and utilize oxygen more efficiently. This modality is growing in popularity as a non-traditional treatment method for a host of wellness challenges.

Combined with our E-100 Altitude Generator, users can enjoy the benefits of IHB from the comfort of home.
